What are your hours of service?

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need to contact our office after regular business hours, an on call supervisor will respond within 20 minutes of your call.

How much will this cost, is my insurance accepted?

Our services are covered by Medicaid, VA, and most private insurance plans. If you don’t have any of the above our self-pay fees are one of the lowest in the industry. 

Are your Home Health Aides certified and screened?

Yes, our Home Health Aides are state certified and their credentials are thoroughly screened. Most of them are trained in our facility following the state laws and regulations by highly qualified instructors with over 30 years experience in the medical field.

What if I don't like the caregiver assigned to me?

First and foremost, we want you to be happy with the caregiver you invite into your home. Aside from paying close attention to their personality, character and professionalism during the hiring process, we will work closely with you to assess the best match to fit your needs.

  • One of our Registered Nurses (RN) will provide a customized care plan to fit your individual needs.
  • Remind patient to take their medications as directed by the RN.
  • Serve meals according to instructions.
  • Take and record temperature, pulse and respiration rates.
  • Assistance with bathing in bed, tub or shower.
  • Assistance with dressing, grooming, and care of hair including shaving, etc.
  • Care of nails (no cutting).
  • Assistance with bedpan, commode and toilet.
  • Moving from bed to chair, or wheelchair.
  • Assistance with a cane or walker.
  • Assistance with eating.
  • Medical recommendations such as increased physical activity, etc.
  • Accompany client to obtain medical care.
  • Make and change client’s bed.
  • Dust and vacuum.
  • Wash the client’s dishes.
  • Tidy the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and personal environment.
  • Shop for the client if there is no other arrangement possible.
  • Do the client’s laundry and ironing.
  • Clean around and secure the clients Foley catheter or condom catheter.
  • Care for incontinent patient.
  • Assist client in changing positions to prevent decubiti.
